Fears of future Riverlands Dam collapse as residents flee

WESTERN CAPE – Two retention walls at the Riverlands Dam in Swartland in the Western Cape have collapsed.
Officials fear a third wall may soon collapse.
It’s already flooded areas of Riverlands and Chatsworth outside Malmesbury.
There are reports of damage to houses and people fleeing the area.
